The WVU Center for Resilient Communities (CRC) advances participatory research and education programs to generate knowledge and raise up human resources for more just, equitable and vibrant communities in West Virginia, the greater Appalachian region, and the world.
The WVU Center for Resilient Communities (CRC) Spring 2024 Symposium is hosted by the 2024 Sustainable Development Interns. The interns worked in teams with community partners, faculty, and staff affiliated with the WVU CRC to conduct action research with community-based organizations in West Virginia. The Spring Research Symposium provides an opportunity our community of practice to learn from the advances made by the interns and consider ways we can all contribute to building more just, equitable, and resilient communities in West Virginia and beyond.
