The CRC is an action research center collaborating with community partners for research and education. We build enduring relationships grounded in mutual understanding and systematic change. Our projects, guided by adaptable scopes, involve consultation, action, reflection, and adjustments. Together, we create products, knowledge, tools, and learning, often requiring resource support. We prioritize transparency, support fundraising, and provide mutual assistance for shared success.
The establishment of the WVU Center for Resilient Communities has been made possible through a long-term partnership with the One Foundation. The One Foundation partners with individuals and organizations to build and lead enterprises that regenerate community, the planet and self.

Riff Raff Arts Collective
RiffRaff Arts Collective inspires and empowers the arts and creativity in downtown Princeton, West Virginia, Southern WV and the Appalachian region. Established in 2006 in a historic building on Mercer Street, we are located in a dynamic arts complex which features two performance venues, a recording studio, a fine art boutique, artist studios and a music school.
