Ashanté Reese, PhD: Black Food Geographies

As part of the spring Workshop and Speaker Series, Ashanté Reese, PhD, Assistant Professor of Geography and Environmental Systems at the University of Maryland, will speak on "Black Food Geographies."

As Reese writes in her bio, "Broadly speaking, I’m interested in Black geographies – the ways Black people produce and navigate spaces and places in the context of anti-Blackness."
